Anywho, they picked up, I said the disk didn't work, and they offered me <b>6 months extra</b> free, and to post a new disk to us. I gave him a fake address and hung up quick. But they could've easily said: Go get a new one, they're free, and if it doesn't work, call us back.

AOL support good? What?<br><br>They have one of the worst support departments around, their solution to everything is to reinstall Windows and give you more free time.
