I still don't think she's in on any conspiracy myself. No this just is the ole runaround routine that's so prevalent when one is trying to seek answers. What...y'all never waited as much as an hour while customer service bounced ya from this department to that one etc. She's probably also thinking that when most parents talk to the completely inept Mr. Vine, they instantly see he's too dense to get through to and just give up. Course as it was said, Ms. Mudd is no other parent.Guess I was wrong about Ms. Sorkowitz not being in on this conspiracy. But for what it's worth, not many conspirators are this up front about it.
It's almost become tradition in comics. "Dilbert" is probably the most blatant example.I've actually noticed this quite a bit in Ozy and Millie: people explicitly saying what normal people would keep to themselves for the sake of exposition.
I was homeschooled, and I'm proud of it. I'm so glad I didn't go to public school for just these sorts of reasons.And some people wonder why home schooling is becoming more and more popular.
