Probably just DCS' way of emphasizing that it would indeed be work for Millie to decode them.But, the codes are themselves encoded, so I'm going to need you to laboriously decode them for me.
Something about how Isolde is phrasing that seems suspicious to me.
Not to mention unless the government agent or agency that encrypted those is brain dead, it would take any computer in the world years to crack the code (I took a course in cryptography).
If a weaker encryption was used, it would only be because in the time it would take to crack the code, the content of the message would be useless by the time it was cracked ("time sensitive information").
