the name sounds familiar... but I can't be of much help.

As for the program, it's a web program. I can't remember what the name is, but you basically type in a web site and can burn, blast, toxify, bomb, etc. the page you typed in.

well im to cheap to get Photoshop (NO MORE GIMP LINKS!) and i prefer photo impact over paint.

The "attack" might be from this website here. But I'm not sure. Incidently you can type in any website to attack there.
