Geosynchronous:
Of, relating to, or being an orbit that has a period of one sidereal day.

I don't get it.
I guess he just wanted to use a big word.
Something in a geosynchronous orbit orbits at the exact speed that the world turns. So, if something is touching the earth, it is rotating at the exact same speed as earth, and thus is geosynchronous.

There's gotta be a better way to explain that

Joe was referring to "Sabrina Online," a well-known webcomic featuring a skunk who does computer work for a porn studio. DCS once used it as an example of what he doesn't like in webcomics.

well i just blazed through the archives reading every strip of that site and ill admit its a little more "adult" oriented than O&M but hey its still pretty cool (im more interested though that Sabrina likes Transformers and that her boss likes her more than a friend when she already has a boyfriend
