Christmas/December holiday Fan Art Contest

A christmas Fan art contest seems to be already agreed upon, now we just need to decide when the 'submit by' date will be. I don't see much point i puting this in poll form, because that would be a little to time consuming, considering the remaining time until a great many people celabrate there holiday preferance. I say that we have a submit date set to be just after christmas, because people are going to have family over and fairly full schedules pretty soon. Personally, i need to consider what the heck doing for my piece... i haven't the foggiest idea as yet. Well, thats all i have to say on the topic.

Yeah, I'm curious about the end date for submissions. Also, would it be acceptable to clip characters from existing strips/artwork and put them in a tasteful Photoshop-generated environment?
