On a similar note, <a href='http://octanbearcat.deviantart.com/' target='_blank'>Octan</a> drew my avatar. My "art," if it can even be called such, is a conglomeration of talentless scratchings without shape or form that, in combination, serve only to form a disjointed chaotic mess that makes one say, "Agh, that's horrid."<br><br>Aside from that, I'd say that my favorite "contemporary" artists are <a href='http://metalandmagic.com/' target='_blank'>Ursula Vernon</a> and <a href='http://flyingarmadillo.com/' target='_blank'>Amy Pronovost</a>. As far as fine arts, I'd have to say M. C. Escher, the master of optical illusions and figure-ground reversal.
