There are times where I am asked a question. If, during these times, at-least one posale answer that I coudl give (from the perspective of my audiance) could be information I shoudlnt; give I, by rule, never give an answer. This happens even if the answer I coudl give would reveal nothign emanigfull at all. That's so that when I do have to hide information in this situation people who know me, which most people do not, cannot gather any information form me non-answer. The poeple who dont; trust me and who asume the answer are jerks adn I dont; relay care for much confidance the have in their assumed information. Ozy may be doign hte same thing here. If it;s soembody who has no impact on Millie at all he could tell but if it is Millie, Falicia, Avery, STephan, or the liek then it would. Thus Ozy may make decisions with this same rule and jsut not tellign no matter who he has.
