Well for me about a year ago and I was playing Sonic Advance (GBA) and I had just beat the game with Tails, so for some reason I had this idea to look up Miles "Tails" Prowler on google to see what I could find. I came upon <a href='http://tails.4mg.com' target='_blank'>this site</a> so I decided to look through the pictures. I found a bunch of Tails pics. Two in praticular stood out. the ones with Millie in them. So I looked up "Rain" and "Millie" and that pretty much takes care of the discovery story.<br><br>Anyone else have any interesting or outrageous ones?

I got tired of the same old newspaper comics, and decided to look online for some new ones. I stumbled across Keenspot, where O&M used to be, and checked out a few of the other strips. But none of them interested me, and I was just about to give up and look somewhere else when I found O&M. I was hooked from the first comic I saw, and spent the next few nights reading every comic in the archives.

I was kind of adrift one evening late this August while chatting in <a href='http://www.the-pork.com' target='_blank'>The Pork</a> when a friend had been posting addresses to various webcomics.. Normally, I don't bother since a lot of the ones used FLASH and kept slowing down my already 5-year old system. I don't even recall which comic I was visiting since for some reason a lot of the stuff on it didn't load correctly. Anyway, so I was chatting in one window, while clicking random buttons and links opening more browser windows from the other. It was by pure chance I stumbled upon Ozy and Millie, and immediately thought it looked like a good strip. I clicked the News page straight to the one about compressed speech mentioned in DC's news page under the comics, and soon enjoyed reading them from the start.

Well, ages ago, I don't remember when, someone linked to it. I don't know why but I didn't really get interested. The link popped up a few times later on, untill recently I just decided to visit the site. One of the things that got me to read it all was the look of the characters. The look of the characters to me is important. I can't really read a strip with boring unimaginative characters, but also the wit of the comic kept me reading. Then I thought "Why on earth doesn't this have some big fansite and community?", and the rest was history. :P

It's amazing how one random click can determine what you read for fun and eventuly a few years down the road who you would be talking to.

A friend of mine posted up a strip in her Live Journal (<a href='http://www.livejournal.com/users/cheeky ... 35067.html' target='_blank'>Here</a>) and after seeing it I went and looked at the site and fell in love. Over the next 3 days I read every comic in the archives.
I was trying to think of a signature that would show who I really am...but my head started to hurt so I gave up and this is all I had come up with...sorry if it stinks to a higher power, I'm just not good at these kind of things...see, even this is getting too long and will annoy you<br><br>*Wonders off to find a better signature*

Let's see... the first time I laid eyes on Ozy and Millie was...<br>*looks up and scratches chin*<br>*everything goes all wavy-like*<br><br>I was participating in a spirited poliktical discussion at <a href='http://www.homestarrules.com' target='_blank'>Homestarrules.com</a> (I can't remember which one... it was either called "Gay Marriage" or "The Official Political Discussion Thread."). Someone posted the story where Llwellyn interferes with the anti-gay rights protest, and I thought it was pretty funny. I made note of the URL at the bottom and decided to check it out later. Of course, as with most things like that, I never did. That is, until I was at some website (can't remember which one- there are quite a few out there) and I saw a link to Ozy and Millie. Remembering the strips posted, I decided to check it out.<br><br>*everything gets wavy-like again*<br><br>[cliche]And the rest is history.[/cliche]

My finding of O&M is also Sonic based. (Funny that.)<br><br>O&M was advertised in a banner on the <a href='http://www.satamsonic.com/forum2/' target='_blank'>FUS Message Board</a>, a board I frequent with other fans of Sonic SatAM. Once I clicked on it, and read the comics...I was hooked!<br><br>Heck, I was even INSPIRED! (Check my string in the Fanworks section to see some "strips" I made.)

I was tempted to a Sonic/O and M crossover, but then I thought <a href='http://www.furry.org.au/fz' target='_blank'>Fuzzy Things</a> would Fit Better<br><br>Imagine the Posibillities of Ixiah and Shadow working together.

Someone had one of the comics on their website (I forget what it was about) with a link back to ozyandmillie.org. I clicked it, here I am.

For me it was in the hucksters room at Midwest Furfest (chicago anthropomorphics con). I was wandering around and I saw the Plan 9 table. I looked around and found myself thinking "natural Bannana Dyes?". I looked through the book. Got instantly hooked. Bought it, and was informed the the author was at another table. I took the book and Mr. Simpson was kind enough to autograph it and add a picture of Llewewlyn into it taboot! I plan on picking up more when I go again in about a month! Since then I've turned a few friends onto it and have got them hooked as well.
We're sorry but the number that you have dialed is imaginary....Please turn your phone 90 degrees and try again.
