No no. I'm sorry but no. Scientific studies ( <!--emo&:o--><img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... s/ohmy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='ohmy.gif' /><!--endemo--> scientificy) have shown the genetics is just one factor in the way a child grows up and the kind of personality they will have. Another huge factor is environment. <br><br>Besides, Napoleon was more of a general than a politician.
