Larnblatt! It must be that when I see a zebra I always think of Z first. And "Larnblatt" is a one-of-a-kind name; Google shows it only in O&M contexts.<br><br>It must be difficult to define "disturbing the peace." Musical quality is not a factor, being entirely subjective. Volume, hours, duration, and permission may be considered. Too bad some people call the police without warning the noisemakers that they're too loud.<br><br>I heard about someone who played "concerts" so loud he had to wear a sound-damping suit, but the law allowed it in spite of neighbors' complaints because it was, in the most technical sense, acoustic.

Great strip, if only because it features Mr. Larnblatt, who I think is the most visually interesting character.
