I'm pretty sure it was only once, just for Millie to "demonstrate" that Ozy was not her boyfriend. And altho it backfired, I believe her. They have done nothing that would be inappropriate for siblings.

DCS is leaving open the possibility of revealing Ozy's bio-father (and no, it's definitely not Randy Foxglove from "Kevin & Kell"), but I wouldn't be surprised if he were completely untraceable. May be just as well not to know, since either (a) he wasn't nice enough to stick around, ( he died, which is morbid, or © he got assumed into another plane of existence, which is a been-there-done-that scenario.

Or wait: (d) he got trapped somewhere and may yet be rescued! Eh, might be too intense for O&M.

DCS should've ended the comic a year or two ago.

"you're welcome", I'm assuming.

Well, I looked at the sites for both, and though they both have a character named 'Randy' in them, I couldn't find any mention of last names.

Randy Foxglove, whose last name was given on a Sunday showing a family tree, is the dead father of Rudy Dewclaw and, in an isolated case of infidelity, Vin Vulpen. When Millie was learning who her father was but the answer had not yet been revealed to readers, one fan showed her and Randy together for a joke.

The not-so-anthro Randy in "Faux Pas" has used Fox as his surname, but it may have been improvised for his pathetic James Bond impression.

I'm afraid I can't find the O&M fan art archives anymore. Or were you asking for a link to something else?
