Usually Tail wagging is for being excited or extremely happy. Ozy is simply enjoying himself. Besides, if he wagged his tail, be'd be letting his emotions do...whatever he told avery not to let them do.

Actually, does Millie have underwear? I've seen some nudie episodes where she left her overalls hanging on something but no underwear was in sight. Anyway, she might count her hair elastic (or bow, rather, in the early days) as an item for stripping.<br><br>And Tails, you object to the word "naked" for anything decently furry/feathery/scaly, but the O&M characters and Rain himself use it that way.
