This is a superhero cartoon doomed to fail so they tossed in terrible mutations of classic characters who should not be changed for any reason ever and then vomit on the result a few times and accidently spill black ink on the drawings. Why does it exist? To answer, think of the a person with "average" intelligence. "Average" suggests that half of the population has less intellegence and/or common sense. Does that answer your question?
