Relax, the happy-happyists were harmless, unless you were still level eight at the time, and then they were kinda tough. But they were kinda funny too.

(...they're from Earthbound.)

I don't normally travel with my family in the car anymore--this is both an adulthood plus and an adulthood minus, because I used to enjoy car trip games but not so much having to take my turn sitting in the middle or listen to my siblings yell at each other or get thrown up on by my brother (that only happened a couple of times). But I still like to play it when I'm killing time in the car.

Of course, I play it more like Ozy and Millie do, now. Back in the day, it was simple stuff: "I'm going on a trip, and I'm bringing an apple, a banana, a car, a doorknob..." Now, it's more likely to be something like "I'm going on a trip, and I'm bringing Ansel Adams, a banana republic, craven misuse of power, a dodecahedron..."

I never thought of it as a west coast thing--it's played in an episode of MTV's "Daria," and in the play "The Nerd" by Larry Shue (which is, by the way, a really funny play). But maybe I'm unwittingly helping it reach a larger audience? I dunno. Whatever. It's just fun.

I'll have to remember that one. I'm sure you would appreciate to see a fan not wearing a fur suit *sarcastic joke*

Also, have you considered selling jacket patches with O&M pictures on them. I already plan to make one of my avitar on my own. I don't have my avitar up yet, but I've made several drafts over the past six months, and need to order a scanner so I can get it into my computer. Maybe I'll just drop by a place that has scanning services, and get it scanned onto a CDROM for now.
