Omigosh, Bendarr, that looks just like you! Simpson hit the nail on the head with that one (with his trusty satire mallet)

Sorry for the late response, Sparrow, but those are good drawings you have there. I was very impressed when I saw the full one in color.

Also, Bendarr, very good detail you have there on that drawing of yours. I am also glad you are able to carry that delightfully plump look well in it. Too many people rely on an average-looking frame, so that can't be too easy to pull off without something special (a natural talent or harder work at it).

I haven't made a pic yet but I'm planning to.

I look forward to seeing all your ideas! Please try and keep it in the O&M style, or else it'd just be another cartoon character.

I guess my Thunderfox Avatar is close enough.

Anyways, I'll get you a link to the current draft.
http://www.deviantart.com/view/14075872 ... r>
It's not so much a direct interpreation of my appearance, so much as my personality. You might be commiting copyright infringement against Holyman83's avatar.

This one predates Hollyman98's avitar by 3 years. I've been working on related designs to it since 2000. It's based on a compliation of the two characters I drew first in 2000, and then again in 2001 one female one male. I compiled features from both characters, as well as several of my facial quirks.

I have several copys I lost and/or gave away over the years, the first was a full body sketch of a male character for a comic. I made this sketch in 2001 for a person at my church. It was probably on display one of several places for a while, as they were quite impressed, despite that one being drawn in ball-point pen, making it's line work quite inferior. This incorperated several features, that were eventually compiled into this recent avitar. I had noted the fact Holyman's avitar was quite similar to this sketch when he first presented the draft.

Anyways, his avitar is completely different, actually. First, it's missing a lot of the features that the final version will have that that version didn't due to time constraints. Second, the color patterns are different (or will be once they're colored) and I'm going to replace the curved ears with pointy ears in the final version. (Pointy ears are hard to draw, so they're not worth doing on a draft, in fact, usually I completely redo ears once I've got the drawing into the computer for coloring.)

Well, I was a bit bored earlier, so I decided to try my hand at this. Much better that I thought I'd be able to do, but I've already noticed quite a few things that need work. Ah well, art is continual after all.

Of course, I haven't really developed what kind of furry I would be were I one. I'm thinking I would more likely be a marmot than a fox. I don't quite consider myself a furry yet, but you people keep warping m closer each day.

http://www.abort-retry-ignore.net/sketc ... >
Sorry about the quality. I don't currently have a scanner, so I had to make do with my digital camera that I'm still figuring out how to use.

And here I was thinking that I couldn't draw worth dirt. I guess something happened in the last 4 years since I got completely turned away from art in middle school. In fact, I have a very good idea as to exactly what happened, but I dare not tell it here.

Time for me to go read up on mind mapping...
