Timmy Mallet (for those that don't know, an early 90s UK kids tv presenter. Also did a musical cover of Yellow Polka Dot Bakini. Which got to number one, sadly. Although that did provide a nice recycling advert. 'In blah, whoever did it the first time got to number 1 with yellow polka dot bakini. In 199something, Timmy Mallet did the same feat. Recycling old rubbish works.')
