Both the kitty and Rob the first fall, the kitty gets up unharmed... for now.

But then a speeding semi-truck comes and... well, it just really sucks to be that cat.

This is because the kitty was not run over but rather literally sucked into the semi's air intake as Rob throws the kitty out of the truck's way and takes the brunt of the impact.
