Cool! I'd really love to do <a href='http://ozyandmillie.org/2004/om20040415.gif' target='_blank'>this</a> comic. It's one of my favs. <img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... /smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /> Just record Millie's lines and put them up on your site. You can either send me the link via email, or you can post them here. (although it would be cool if we saved them so that no one heard them until the full comic was ready) Then I'll record Ozy's lines and put them together and *BAM* we'll have an audio comic. <img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... iggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /> After we do this one, you can pick out a comic. I'm assuming you mean in different files. [edit:]I just realised that my millie voice is how i actually talk when i'm arguing and trying to prove that I'm serious about the things I'm saying. interseting how it's so.

wait mandy, (xD) i think that flash versions might be covered by that parody law. so we could do it anyway.

Nope. The flash versions would still be owned by Simpson. You can still do them but you have to give Simpson axklowedgement and royalties. IT's best to ask his permnsion first but I don;t think he would mind. He would probably like the atention.

Or, if Felix does decide to be very, very generous and put them up on her site, that would rock.

Actually, his permission to make it would be good enough.. In a way, the works are derivative of his, but note that some of the actual work (voice characterizations and animation) would also be the creative work of the voice actors and animators. I'd say he would deserve a private screening before it becomes publicly accessible so he'd have a chance to control its promotion. Now I doubt anyone will be selling it or anything like that, but I suppose the people asking may also offer him a fair share if they ever do.. Shall I split this topic so we dont get too far off into this animation planning when people may still be considering impersonations?

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea, Tavis. Perhaps D.C. should be notified before I do, or do you think it's not a big deal since this is just between the "Define Cynical" members?
