One thing I just noticed is that despite the fact that many people in the strip have commented on Ozy's lack of pants, noone seems to notice that millie goes around without a shirt most of the time.
By the power of greyskull, I'm not sure I believe that.

I noticed... It's just that it's not as big a deal because the lack of pants is funny and the lack of shirts is not. I mean, which can you think of better? a "no-shirt" joke or a "no-pants" joke.

at least this is what I think.

Wouldn't the overalls count as, like, half a shirt?

The overals basicly act like a shirt. It's basicly only missing sleaves.

Well, Millie wears overalls, so that sort-of counts as a shirt.

No one comments about Felicia running around topless or Timulty running around naked either.
It's one of the funny quirks of furryness. As realism declines, so does the need for clothes.

Now there is a realism cut-off point at which clothes become...a bit more requisite. But O&M is enough of a toon that, well, small little raccoon children run around naked and it doesn't matter.

Of course, no one seems to care about wearing socks, even though it still appears as though it's normal to have them. At least they all still have a good appreciation for t-shirts.

Furriness does create those paradoxes. I mean, this handsome gentleman looks perfectly fine with no clothes on.

Yes, furriness does create paradoxes. I remember participating in a conversation on the Redwall Fanfiction Board a few years back about the lack of clothing on some characters in the Redwall TV series. I seem to remember a lot of the late part of that discussion concentrated on dirty jokes about the show's creators.

I haven't read all of the Ozy and Millie strips, but I actually can't remember when the nudity of any character a big issue in the series. I think that was probably intentional on DCS's part.

There was the "strip poker" comic, as well as the "no shirt, no shoes, no service" comic. I'm too lazy to find them. But they're there.

It's going to hinder your appreciation if you think why they're not wearing clothes.
