I remember reading this strip for the first time, and it always bugged me that "stupidhead way" sounds nothing like "highway"

It was a recurring theme, in the early going: adult behavior is not actually any more mature than how kids act, it just tends to be dressed up in more high-minded language.

I believe any lawyer acting like this would be rather sharply and quickly disbarred.

I don't know. It took them a while to get around to Jack Thompson and minus the anthro, he's very like this lawyer.
