Technically speaking, he didn't beat Millie up, just hung her from a tree... which a teacher probably helped her get down from, which give them some pretty substantial proof of bullying, which you know what forget it DCS is on his soapbox and he ain't comin' down.

Clearly she hung herself up in a tree for attention.
I once heard some completely unforgivable behavior by some teenage boys defended with "it wasn't anything any red-blooded American boy wouldn't have done." The phrase stuck.

I don't know why Ms. Mudd's law office appears to be a shack.

This comic always bothered me because of the unprofessional appearance of Mrs. Mudd's office. It looks like she set up shop in the shower house of a campground.

I think it was supposed to be a single level home. Many lawyers here in NJ work out of those.
