I like that they're standing in the middle of the downpour and Millie still demands Ozy confirm it's raining.

I think its cute, I'm starting to become wowed over the cartooning in even this minor strips. Shows a level of competence.

I don't remember ever seeing this strip, this one's very enjoyable compared to the other ones we've read lately.

Although what kind of a hat is Ozy wearing, haha
