This reminds me of the MST3K host segment for The Deadly Bees, where Mike Nelson communicates via dance while dressed up as a bee; Crow has no idea what's going on, but Tom Servo proceeds to have a conversation about politics, the economy, and symbolism in a rather miscellaneous and obscure book (I'm afraid I don't recall the specifics, I haven't watched the episode in a while).

Only issue I have here is that Ozy's stance is almost the same in the first two panels.

that's because Ozy has stopped moving in the second panel... he's watching Millie. in this strip, it looks perfectly natural.

This strip is really cute. I remember someone once made an animation out of Millie from it.

I love the first-'panel' Ozy, the cross-eyedness is adorable.
