Heh, nice <img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... /smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /> If someone ever wants to make a computer game from O&M, SCUMM point 'n click adventure is the way to go. Sam & Max Hit The Road would be a perfect example, as there too you have and can control two main characters.

So if the game ever gets published you're willing to be the unbisied judge for everybody who wants to play the game? I'm designing a publishable game here. Like peopel get together and play. The game won't have much need for a judge. The rulls would be strict enought to be deterministic but loose enoguh to allow fun gameplay.

I meant if we of define cynical wanted to play over the net or something. It's not like everyone else has cards here. I'd tell people what card they drew and stuff like that. At least until they had cards of their own. but I wouldn't be willing to do it 24/7

It might be possable to code a bot to do it at some point over irc, I suppose. Might even be possable to convince php to do it. Hmm... If someone who knows a bit more about coding than me could confirm or deny those possabilities, and if confirm it then give some idea as to how tricky it would be and if it would be worth bothering. Could be fun.

I'm not nearly as concered as much about the chat room game as I am aobut actuly gettign the game desinged. My next step is to go through the archives and make a pilimanry list of cards. Other things have ocupied my mind int he mean time. I will get to it when I can. Menwhile any sugestions (especialy for point conditions or cards are welcome).

I never knew there was a topic like this.
