Demon Days.

So consider this. Your the last living soul as the world has been destroyed by an army of demons, what would be the first thing you'd do in a people-less world.
Also how would you avoid getting spotted by the demons and killed?

No John, you are the demons.Because it's basically just the plotline of Doom II.Yeah seriously if reading that post didn't make everybody start thinking Doom something is wrong.I'd Pull a doomguy on everyone.
First thing that popped into my mind XDAlbum kind of sucked.
"what about the Gorillaz?"
On-topic, I would probably just assemble a shitload of whatever protective armor and stuff I could, what ass-kicking weapons I could, and kill as many as I could in one area, and then run from there so as to not be caught.
Also, nukes.

My DA account, for those who care enough to look/click/etc.
And my FA account as well!

If I am the last survivor then these demons have no need for humans alive. I am assuming, confronted by such a total wiping out of humanity across the globe, they will thus leave, having dealt their demonic deed.
I would eventually emerge from hiding in my house and wander the world. After some time conventional modernised food sources would deplete due to a lack of power supply to keep their refrigerated surroundings active and running.
Though I would welcome the extinction of diseases such as HIV and parasites like human head lice I would concievably be faced with a shelter problem in temperate or colder latitudes when pipes devoid of heating would freeze, expand and eventually break, causing much structural damage to buildings. Fuel supplies being unmaintained nuclear reactors would probably suffer meltdowns.
On the plus side due to a lack of human caused light and air pollution I would sleep beneath starry skies. I think without human control the bovine population worldwide would also go down further contributing to less CO2 in the air, although I don't think I'd live long enough to feel the effects of that.
Over time wooden buildings would become unstable from lack of care, rot or animals and kudzu would expand over vast tracts of land.
I would have to determine a safe location that isn't prone to severe climactic or tectonic (earthquake, volcanic) activity. This would probably have to be in a temperate zone where humanity has a record of continual and prolonged survival. The Mediterranean area, southern Europe, Levant and Northern Africa are possible candidates. It must be near a river or stream for access to clean flowing water, but not a river delta for without maintenance buildings there would eventually wash away.
Most probably, due to the general combination of lack of ready food and power for heat and energy, I would have to learn to live rough and wild in order to survive. A vegetable and fruit garden, chickens, perhaps some sheep, goats and an easy supply of wood and other materials close by would be essential.
A makeshift shelter at first, later better accomodation would be needed. Some degree of skill in carpentry would be good I assume. Luckily due to everyone ceasing to exist physically I have no worry of stealing anything or whose land I make my new life on.
Hoarding as much clothing would probably be essential, just in case. Electronic devices can be left but certain everyday objects like calenders, kitchen materials and blankets/curtains/carpets would have to be rescued. Medicinal materials and books on their correct application would be needed as well. Some weapons would be good too probably. Although a burning stick and an axe should take care of most curious animals.
After I'm as settled as can be I would go on errands less needed for survival. Scouring the stores and shops of nearby cities to preserve whatever legacy of humanity I think is needed. No doubt some books on maintaning and keeping the food sources I mentioned earlier would be essential.
Libraries would be stripped of the literature and books I deemed worthy of preservation (sorry Dan Brown, you don't make the cut). Art and architecture would be less lucky seeing as they're spread over the globe and not easily transported. Music, movies and plays would also be less easily preserved without an easy source from where I can gather them. Of course a safe area for all these saved treasures of the human mind would have to be made free of invasion by termites, damp or other such dangers.
However if the demons merely killed humanity to establish their own kingdoms then I'm pretty much doomed.

You are my favourite person.
This made me laugh.(sorry Dan Brown, you don't make the cut)
