The mall creeps me out.

A place to talk about anything (that doesn't belong in the other forums).

After working 2 1/2 years in a department store attatched to a mall, it doesn't affect me in the least to be surrounded by swarms of people and maerchaindise/stores. Yet I don't go there much since I rarely have the need to.

I like going to the mall, too. I just rarely buy anything because I spend money conservatively. So I rarely go to any malls.

I like shopping centres. They tend to have all the banks in the one place, very convenient to do banking. Also they're where I get half my dosh from.

I like going to the Mall. The National Mall in the District of Columbia, I mean. It's so green and alfresco and prone to marches.

When I mean shopping center, I mean one that's outdoors (like a gigantic conglomeration of strip malls). Generally, a shopping mall is like all in a big building, with a ceiling and crap. The entrances to the shops are on the inside.

My dislike of the mall has inspired me to make this comic if you remember way back then.

If you're being srs: Mall means an open space made for a gathering of people (like various amphitheatres and open spaces that speeches are given in).

If you're not being srs: lol.

In Bayreuth, we only got one Mall (a little one) named Rotmain-Center. I like going there but not on saturdays or after 18 o'clock! It's extremly crowed, mostly no passing throu, crowded shops and that kind of Bockmist. While 20 km away, in the next town "Kulmbach", there is another Center called Fritz. 3 Stages... only the 1st got 3 shops... the rest is empty... it's really a pleasure to buy in this mall.

According to Wikipedia, a mall can be covered or open.

"A shopping mall or shopping centre is a building or set of buildings that contain retail units, with interconnecting walkways enabling visitors to easily walk from unit to unit."
