I keep having dreams about the world trying to crush me

Last night I had a dream I was suffocating inside this large black canvas-like material. I woke up unable to breathe and my heartrate was really fast.

Last night, the entire night, every part of my dreams involved having my blood preasure checked. I also apparently had a bloody nose while asleep and never woke up to it, but thankfully no blood on the sheets.

I've had two recent dreams set in school where I get assignments back with big fat F's for grades. Is academia controlling my life a bit too much when I dream about things like that?

I think that most of us have or have had dreams like that, DraganFox.<br><br>It's probably just that we all have dreams and fears related to faliure, and our academic performance is a measure of our success (how accurate is debateable) which we have in our daily life, so it manifests itself in dreams.

dreams are funny.<br><br>not haha funny, not omfg the car's on fire funny, but weird funny. of course, they have the potential to be any kind of funny.
