Hey! There's nothing wrong with being your own best friend! I love myself! It's the greatest love of all! Isn't that right, me? Yeah... that's right... *snuggle*

I heard something in an anime yesterday (warning sign #1, I know, I know) that actually made some sense: how can you begin to love others if you don't at least love yourself?

Rather corny, and it fits even if I don't necessarily agree with it.

I honestly don't know the name of the anime, but it wasn't Evangelion, I can tell you that. It involved catgirls I think. I dunno, I only caught the tail end of it (har har) since I came in a couple hours late.

Actually wait, I've got a list here somewhere...

Alright, it was either "Kyouran Kazoku Nikki" or "Special A" if that means anything to you.

I remember hearing a saying to that effect from some religious text somewhere. I think it was Buddhist.

Huh. Not only do catgirls discourage bringing physics discussion to fiction but they also help people self-introspect. Is there anything they cannot do?
That which does not kill me, cripples me for life.
