Actually, I WAS going to let you have this point, but my efforts to do so have caused you not to claim ths point. Of course, by not giving you the point, I will have given you one, therefore giving you the point and therefore not giving you the point... umm.. I can't give you a point, but by not giving you a point, I have to give you a point, which means you can't get a point. This is a bad logical paradox. Point! erm.. No Point! AARGH!

Can understand this at 1:13 in the morning..
Well, about 12 hours later, I think I got it. FoxChild's statement actually says...

Quote: (FoxChild @ Mar 8 2004, 12:53 AM)

will not allow me to get a point.

and in fact, I will allow him to get a point. The problem is, simply my allowing him to get it doesn't mean that he will, and thus he does not get a point, THIS time.

Umm.. so if that is the answer, norsenerd earns a point.

Came to the same conclusion I did about the logical problem point denial.
hmm.... well, today is the 9th, and only 26 minutes in. as of this very day, i have yet to eat.

as of this waking period, yes, i have eaten. hmm... anyone? does this give a point or not?

will have a decision on the dilema above
If you've done things right, people won't be sure if you've done anything at all.
