Tuesday, February 26, 2008: Involuntary sympathy
Moderator:Æron
Now's her chance to seize the approval from the 'cool' kids she secretly craves! Or freak them out, it's all good.
I guess feeling sympathy even for those you don't like is only...er, human.

Well I can't say this doesn't surprise me. I was just waiting for the storyline of Felicia's decline in coolness. As for feeling sympathy towards one's enemies well...I've actually done that before. I'm just incapable of holding a grudge. I'm too much a compassionate person. Doesn't mean I don't get ticked off now again. It'll be interesting to see how Millie handles this.

I've felt sorry for people who got what I believed they deserved, but not this time. I'm wondering if Millie means empathy rather than sympathy.
Dang, but it's hard for me to hate the kids in this comic. Even in their snottiness, the cat and squirrel look pretty cute.

Y'know, ever since Felicia's interaction with Avery at the museum, her initial and apparantly still ongoing Goth phase, and now this... I do believe, somehow, she's turned into the most interesting character in the strip. I really mean that, and yeah, it kinda freaks me out too. Notice I didn't say my favorite, or most likeable - but with all the character development she's gone through, very definatly the most interesting.
