I'm not giving up anything for an arguably mythical entity.

I'm Protestant. *chugs coffee*
Religious types, this is Reality speaking: time to wake up.
Oh my, your snarky comment on the internet has opened mine eyes. I do see the follies of my long-held beliefs, good sirrah, and I shall follow you blindly.

Meh. Even though I'm agnostic/ supposedly Protestant, I usually give something up (and then forget about said denial a few days later)

Religious types, this is Reality speaking: time to wake up.
Atheists, this is decorum speaking: non hostile religious discussions do not need to be arrogantly put down.

And I'm as Atheist as they come, belief wise.

I'm a Christian, but I don't really give up anything for Lent. :/
gforce422 is awesome because:
-He made the absolute nicest comments about me in the other topic. I didn't respond to them yet, because I suck, but they are greatly appreciated! =D
-I would say he would also be a good runner up as one of the nicest people alive.
-He joined the IRC sometimes. But not enough, I say! Chat moar =D
-He is evidently only 18 year old but he could easily pass for 25. =D
-He is a drummer like *I* am and this in itself is cool.

The only thing that really bothers me about this topic is the topic title :|

I'm just a little offended by the topic title. It's like saying YOU'RE WRONG, AND I KNOW IT. Being an atheist, I don't even feel like there is a "true" religion, but if I were Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, etc, I'd probably be even more offended because you're not just saying that I'd be wrong, something sacred to me would be also wrong. A little punch to the face there.

Remember, kids: everyone in Western civilization is Christian, so we must be right! (I'd like to see a logician pick that argument apart--false premise AND a bandwagon fallacy! Wow!)

Aaaand sure enough, here comes the obligatory person with no sense of humor who takes everything seriously.

Cameron is awesome because:
-Because he has an artistic style that is both complex and minimalist. This is profound!
-He once drew me as a roadrunner. It was an actual honest to god feral roadrunner, but a roadrunner nonetheless!
-He lives in Idaho among the wilderness and stuff and I envy him for that. 3:
-He is probably one of the most personable artists on here.
-I think he's the only one of us on here who drew a fanart that made it as a guest strip on O&M. This is an accomplishment!

Hooray, I make a fool of myself again!

I guess it would have been a lot easier if I'd reread the first post before writing that post. With that as context, it's just a little glaringly obvious that it's sarcastic.

He means that Mormons can't drink caffeine.

And, hey, Fritz. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. No need to rub it in.
