Happy New Year

The Mummers Parade yesterday started three hours late due to a rain delay, but after that, it was a success. Even when the parade isn't delayed, it normally goes on all day. So with the delay, the festivities lasted until 11:30 at night. And that wasn't even counting the after-parties the bands usually have. My dad didn't get home until after 3:00 in the morning. But the later stages of the parade were quite the show, as always.

I'm pretty much celebrated-out, too. I slept in today. But with the New Year, I'm gonna have to start getting serious about my job search.
