Rama of India, as I think it'd be all kinds of awesome. We could practice archery, mess around in his tree house, and go swimming in the Ganges

Cuchulain, Moses and Herakles are definitely out.

gforce422 is awesome because:
-He made the absolute nicest comments about me in the other topic. I didn't respond to them yet, because I suck, but they are greatly appreciated! =D
-I would say he would also be a good runner up as one of the nicest people alive.
-He joined the IRC sometimes. But not enough, I say! Chat moar =D
-He is evidently only 18 year old but he could easily pass for 25. =D
-He is a drummer like *I* am and this in itself is cool.

Jesus wasn't hung; he was crucified...

That said... I wouldn't have minded hanging him in advance and making it look like suicide to stop him ever being viewed as a martyr.
Would have fixed a great many things about the world.


But in the social sense... I'd go with Buddha. I know he wouldn't pester me... and I wouldn't pester him. We'd both just sit on either side of the same tree and meditate. End of story.

Yes, because everything wrong in the world is because of Christians or other religious people.

Acting like all religious people are brainwashed fundamentalists is just as bad as fundies who act like all atheists have no morals.

I didn't even know Cuchulain was supposed to be a hero. All I know about him comes from an Irish play in which he submits to High King Conchubar, kills a man in self-defense, finds the man to be his son, and insanely sword-fights the sea until he drowns.

you have your people mixed up. Moses only lived to be 120. It was Noah (and the people before him, that is also were the flood was) that live for long long long time. Moses was used by God to make the 7 plagues of Egypt in order to get the Israelites(sp?) out.
