I don't think he is doing anything code-wise beyond standard HTML. I should certainly hope Keenspot, being a professional comic site and all, has its own auto-archive-generation dealie.

I like:
The Blue Background.
That Sidebar O&M Art.

I hate:
The strip date located at the top right, The old one was fine and easier to find.
The Blue O&M Logo, The red one was fine.
The Sidebar.
The "tag" line underneath the O&M logo.

But in the end, The new site is nice but I'm still liking the Plain and White Site of O&M because of its simplicity. Oh yeah, DCS, Can you restore this old pages which i found using the Wayback machine?:

Thanks, Chris! I had no idea that stuff even existed. :)

Also, DCS, would you mind if I added some of the "art by others" pictures ( found here ) to the Gallery? It could stand to have a little more pictures... :D
gforce422 is awesome because:
-He made the absolute nicest comments about me in the other topic. I didn't respond to them yet, because I suck, but they are greatly appreciated! =D
-I would say he would also be a good runner up as one of the nicest people alive.
-He joined the IRC sometimes. But not enough, I say! Chat moar =D
-He is evidently only 18 year old but he could easily pass for 25. =D
-He is a drummer like *I* am and this in itself is cool.

You'd need permission from the orginal artists not DCS to post them ^_^

I like the new design. If I may criticize, I think the date being in the top right corner isn't the best place, but that's just me. I don't know about the blue background, but I'm sure it will grow on me.

Well, I've thought about this for a while, and all I can say is: it's just not a finished product. Good for a start, though. The layout is awkward, and the blue-on-blue seems...plain.

Reminded me of the style the site had when I first found it. I'm sure I'll get used to it in time but right now I miss the whiteness.

I like blue a lot but there is so much it takes some getting used to. Generally I like blue as a sort of secondary, white background with a blue streak of sorts but that wouldn't look good here.

I did a bit of experimenting in photoshop and what I got seemed interesting. Having red text does break up the blue space and adds variety however they become a bit of a focal point.

Honestly, I don't think the blue would be that bad if its hue was adjusted a bit towards red. The slight cyan tint is just bleh IMO.

There are thin white horizontal lines sticking out of the top and bottom of the white comic area in my browser, which could eventually get slightly annoying. Apart from that, I really like the new layout.

Apart from the blue logo.
