Noooo!!! AoSTH < SatAM
Fixed. AoSTH was good, but Doctor Robotnik was too cheesey to be taken seriously as a villian. SatAM's Robotnik, on the other hand, is one of the few "perfectly molded" villians. Everything about him- his voice, his eyes, his MEHTUL hand- screams pure evil genius.

I never watched this "Sonic" the "Hedgehog" "cartoon" you speak of. Or even the one you don't speak of.

I didn't watch the shows, but I played the games all the time on the computer as a kid. Ahhhh... I loved those games. I still play them from time to time. Image
gforce422 is awesome because:
-He made the absolute nicest comments about me in the other topic. I didn't respond to them yet, because I suck, but they are greatly appreciated! =D
-I would say he would also be a good runner up as one of the nicest people alive.
-He joined the IRC sometimes. But not enough, I say! Chat moar =D
-He is evidently only 18 year old but he could easily pass for 25. =D
-He is a drummer like *I* am and this in itself is cool.

See, SatAM was awesome, and AoSTH was cheesy. But I still say AoSTH > SatAM. Why? Because, cheesy as it was, AoSTH was closer to the actual plot of the Sonic games. SatAM just made up the plot out of thin air, and made up a bunch of new characters to support it.

NOW! If they could have combined the darkness/seriousness of SatAM with the plot-accurate-ness of AoSTH... that would have been the best cartoon ever.

I didn't see much of Sonic X, but I liked how Eggman slowly evolved from villain to anti-hero. But, please don't get me started on Sonic Underground. Aaaah!!!
I really love pepsi.
I prefer real Coke to real Pepsi, but I prefer Diet Pepsi to Diet Coke. Although, my favorite cola is RC Cola, and my favorite tonic in general is Moxie (which 99% of people seem to hate).

I've watched all three Sonic animated series to some degree, and I'd have to call Sonic X my favorite. The earlier episodes, anyway, before it jumped the shark. The basic premise was that the cast of the Sonic universe all got transported to the "real" world, but other than that it basically followed the plot of the Sonic Adventure games, and had a great mix of humor and action.

Despite 4Kids' reputation for bowdlerizing the series they translate, it was a pretty good show until the gang got back to their own world. Why the show continued after its main premise was resolved is beyond me. Postscript seasons never go well. The new plot after that was basically "Sonic in Space".
It is a mistake to fancy that horror is associated inextricably with darkness, silence, and solitude. I found it in the glare of midafternoon, in the clangour of a metropolis...

Sonic Underground is quite possibly the worst thing to hit the Sonic franchise since Shadow the Hedgehog. They have GUITARS which they KILL PEOPLE with. KILL THEM WITH MUSIC RAYS.

Except they're robots so it's alright.
