One big blade would get the job done, however, when you swing the four bladed sabers around when battling normally, the different colors prove to be distracting to your rival, which aid overall in his/her/it's imminent decapitation. :P
And/or it looks better at raves.

photoshop... gimp
Photo manipulate a surfeboard under Donnie... photo manipulate. You cannot photoshop with Gimp.

Also, a skateboard works better on land than a surfeboard.

this way was easiest to make look half decent on the computer.

to put him on a skateboard and leave him in the original scene would have meant breaking out my awesome art skills and coloured pencils...neither of which i actually have.

I want a saber that's the equivalent of those pens that let you alternate among four colors at a click.

*nods* but most likely I'd just leave mine green.

You DO know the size of those pens. It would be like holding a huge pipe saber.

Silly, you don't need to make it bigger just to have pretty colors because of the way it operates.

How about a prismatic one? Several different colors at a time, with constantly shifting and changing patterns?

I want a pencil-lightsaber. One that you have to sharpen.

Use the force to sharpen it.
