NEVER do this. If he does something like that, stand in his way, even call the neighbours/police, but don't attack him, it can only make things worse.

And although it may be tough, it's best to let them sort it out on their own. Try not to get involved. If you're feeling stressed, take a walk, talk to someone (we're always here), maybe have a chat with the school counsellor (with whom you've become rather familiar ). And remember that, no matter how they act, both your parents love you, and they always will, and that's all that matters.
