He often makes fun of DCS in his livejournal. Very poorly.

I've been looking through this guy's journal, and man, he strikes me as someone who lives in a fallout shelter in his basement, with a bible, an assault-rifle, a TV that's always tuned to FOX news and a gas mask, along with the latest book that "proves Islam is evil" but fails to mention that Christian have done the same before.

Suprising Darwinism hasn't taken it's toll on people like him yet. Ah well, eventually, when they all go to war with the rest of the world for not acting the way they want, it'll happen.M

DCS, I just made a suggestion that your request be added to the Landing Strip, so that you don't have to say it for the umpteen-plus-one-th time.^

I don't judge a person on their beleifs, I judge them on their actions and their acheivements. I think the strips are funny, and I also think ozy and millie is funny.

But as someone with absolutly no political veiws whatsoever, I probably don't know what I'm barking about.

I didn't know much about RHJ, so didn't know some were touchy about the subject.

So if someone believes horrible things, that doesn't matter to you? That Ralph apparently believes gay people should be subject to execution...that's not significant?

Ralph was banned from the old O&M mailing list for repeatedly threatening physical violence against other users for disagreeing with him. Granted, he had no means of acting on them. To you, did that make his "beliefs" insignificant?

It's all political, friend, and in my opinion, the strict wall between politics and other things that some people claim exists is an utter fiction. Hatefulness is hatefulness.+!

One man screaming in a desert is harmless. One man screaming in front of a large crowd is anything but. People may believe what they want to. It's only when they spread them to others or turn them reality that it becomes a problem.

And personally I think it's disgusting if he says that, but even so it's within his right to think so. Just as long as people are smart enough not to listen to him. I for one am. :)
Furries? Are they the nutters that pretend to be animals and draw humans that look like animals? Christ, I sink my head into my paws... -Rooster

I don't want to resort to bringing up Hitler to prove a point, but Hitler.
If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. (Revelation 2:5, NIV)

If you mean to say that RHJ does not have a large crowd, you are mistaken. At least, it's closer to a large crowd than a desert.

DCS is justified in calling RHJ a horrible person, but when he calls RHJ a horrible cartoonist, it insults the taste of his readers. And DCS knows how hurtful that can be to fans, if he remembers his own reaction to an insult to John Lennon.

Well Tom, I have to agree with DCS on that. From what I've seen of his work, it is very unimpressive. The storylines seem to revovlve around straw men arguments, example the one being run on GH now, and his artwork is meh. The lines are sketchy, and some are not there.T
