I live by the University of Delaware and it basically engulfs the entire town of Newark, DE. When you have college towns like that, the college is spread out all over the place and you have to take buses between classes. I stayed on the campus for a week over the summer for a school program and we were all over the place.

Yeah, ours has a few off-campus campuses if that makes any sense. The French campus has shuttle buses which run back and forth at different times.

The University I attended was divided into two parts on opposite sides of a river about a mile away from each other. Naturally, buses constantly run back and forth between the two campuses, and they also go to Fox Hall, the second-tallest building in the city, where many of the students reside.

Did you ever have a dorm there? It just sounds too perfect for you.

Today during my American Cultures class somebody said something along the lines of "They say he won't be a good president because he has a bad temper", and then my teacher went on a good 10 minute rant about who "they" are. I wish I could find the strip offhand, but the "they" conspiracy I know was mentioned...

and hooray for foxchild for accidently reminding me of this.

I know I'm definently not voting for Bush, but that's all. I'm sort of set towards Dean, because he seems like a "real" person.

I'm with Zaaphod on this, but until I know who the other candidates are and what their stands on issues are (and weather i believe something would be done about said issues) before i make a decission. Until then, however, I'm not putting it in my mind any longer than it has to be.

Just curious, here in Canada they keep tally of all the ruined ballots, and if it's really obvious it's ruined on purpose *cough*voting for everyone and writing your name on the bottom so you can vote for yourself too*cough* it's counted as a "protest" vote which they keep track of... gives a way to show how dissatisfied with things you are.

Is there anything like that in the States?
