I'm a PC gamer, but the Wii has enough stuff to make me want to have it, and my dad offered to buy me one besides. Not to mention my mom and stepdad want one, too.

I'm here, you just can't see me!

Looks like the Wii is wiinning by a wiide margin. Having played it myself, I can see why. The controller makes you feel like you're really in the action, even if you are just waving a white "nunchuk gun" (as I've taken to calling it) around. This is, I'm convinced, the beginning of the slide toward VR.
That said, it's not for everyone. Some people are just naturally more comfortable using the traditional handheld controller (kind of like how I'm more comfortable using single-stick movement and my right thumb for actions instead of the common sixth-gen default of moving using both thumbsticks and firing with shoulder buttons). Others are too self-conscious to go swinging a white remote around in company. But it looks like it has a shot at outselling the PS3, at least. Which I think is incredible.

It's not that amazing. All in all, there's no way the Wii CAN'T outsell the PS3. There's not enough PS3's to go around to match the sales of the Wii!
Plus, nunchuk's are almost as cool as rutabegas.

I don't think the PS3 stands a chance against the Wii. The PS3 is just another console, it is the cheapest Blue-ray player. However, blue-ray has not taken off yet if it does the PS3 will lose that ground as well. The Wii on the other hand is the next step in console gaming. Plus out of all the people I know only a handful full will get a PS3, but a lot of people are wanting a Wii.
