*chuckles quietly* Sure. Knock yourself out. :)

... metaphorically speaking. :)

What would you like to know?...

Before you ask, I'm not going to talk about that incident with Mrs Coolidge and the whipped cream, and that's final.

Well, for those who really wish to know, I am a language major currently retraining as a computer programmer in the vague hope of one day achieving a state known in 'the civilised world' (ahem) as 'gainful employment'.

In my younger days I aspired to be a writer, and then something happened that took my confidence, and much of my creativity seemed to go with it. I barely write at all these days.

I am a pianist, I read voraciously, I enjoy intelligent conversation or silly conversation (silliness is vastly underrated). I am an excellent cook, and my pie truly is one of the 1,628,253,927 Wonders of the World. (Inflation.) I cannot draw, however, nor can I afford the fuel costs to launch windmills into space, or even into the garden next door. (And if anybody ever needed a Ballistic Low Orbit Windmill - pardon my acronym - it is they.)

no, it's not. saying somebody needs a blow via relevant acronym is genius.

Anyway, welcome to DC. I would've given you that flamethrower, but Holy beat me to it...I need my own version of greeting...

Quite all right... there does seem to be an awful lot of friendliness around here; I do feel positively well-welcomed. :)

I'd like to do something sort of mean so that from here on out every experience will seem relatively more pleasant, but it's just against my nature.

Instead, a gift.

I got sick of not having a signature. Now if only I had anything to put in it...
