It would have been a big disappointment if this didn't happen. And I'd blame anime. (In my meager anime experience, many characters show the makings of a love interest but never kiss, hug, or declare their love.)

When a mammal kisses a dragon, you know she means it. Because from a purely physical standpoint, it couldn't be pleasant for her. :-P

I love this, because even though I'm an Ozy/Millie shipper I'd much rather have Llewellyn/Mudd, :P

but what would Llewellyn's Aunt Tulip say about it? :?

Oh shard...if those two hook up, all those who wrote Ozy/Millie pairings are going to be in trouble...
I disagree with that statement.

Ozy and Millie aren't directly related to each other in any way. Legally speaking, there would be no issue with those two hooking up and getting romantically involved when they're older, even if Mrs. Mudd and Llewellyn got married.
This signature may spontaneously combust at any given moment. Make sure there's a fresh can of gasoline handy.
