Flash Programs

Hey wanted to start a thread for sharing flash programs you may have made, but i have one question first:

Anyone know of an online(preferably free) flash program maker? I had an idea after seeing octan's flash program, and listening to way to many songs...

if anyone knows please tell me. if you don't but have a flash priogram you may have made, post it. I uh... am sorry if this consits of Fanworks, but i am not restricting to just Ozy and Millie, the Flash can be about anything.

Adobe Macromedia Flash (Scroll Down) has trial versions one can download and use for some while, though requires you to register.

Would i be able to what octan did, but set the characters of Ozy and Millie to Music videos? i have an image in mind of Millie blowing up her school in the song school's out

if not i can wait a few years when im in collage, get a job, and buy a regular flash program with the money i have left over... itll just be 4 more years...

A warning to you: Flash MX and higher feature a new "line smoothing" algorithm that basically distorts lines beyond all reason. It also has trouble, even with smoothing turned all the way off, accepting input from my graphics tablet -- and if you plan to do any actual drawing within Flash, some form of tablet is very highly recommended over trying to fake it with the mouse.

I intend to try to find a used copy of Flash 5 on eBay or something, partly for cost consideration but also because the new Flash is teh suck. If you're interested in seeing for yourself, I can try emailing you my copy of the Flash 5 30-day-trial installer.

Oh, and as far as the idea of a free open-source FLA/SWF program... you'd think there'd be one, but so far nobody I know, including the Linux geek who supposedly can take any existing program and spit out the name of the Linux equivalent, has heard of one.

I think there is one but its no-where near as powerful as the Adobe-Macromedia Flash one...

I'd draw it in fireworks then import it personally as drawing anything, mouse or tablet can be a pain in Flash :/

Problem with that is, that makes it very hard to do frame-by-frame. With Flash, you can just Create New Keyframe, change the color to gray, and draw the new frame right on top of it. Then delete the gray parts when it's done.
