And how do you know that this is the last one? Sure, one of the loose ends (windmills) is being tied up, but still...

(And somebody needs to make a coloured version of panel 2)

This does seem like it's the end of the Greater Llewellynlland Space Programme. I wonder if the windmills will land in tulip beds.
