Lol, opposite day! Who here has done that at least one as a kid? My brother and I used to drive each other nuts doing that. Ah...fond memories.
gforce422 is awesome because:
-He made the absolute nicest comments about me in the other topic. I didn't respond to them yet, because I suck, but they are greatly appreciated! =D
-I would say he would also be a good runner up as one of the nicest people alive.
-He joined the IRC sometimes. But not enough, I say! Chat moar =D
-He is evidently only 18 year old but he could easily pass for 25. =D
-He is a drummer like *I* am and this in itself is cool.

That's possible. The dress looks a bit old-fashioned. They might have been laughing at the uncoolness without even noticing the gender-bending.

And I noticed Felicia is still in Goth mode.

Your probably right, Felicia probably would recognize Ozy from his basic appearence (fur & face) rather than just looking at the clothing

How many of us foresaw that one coming, the moment we noticed Ozy heading in the general direction of Goth Topic? Just the same with Millie dressing akin to Jeremy and bumping into him. And why is it that both have a friend, associate or lackey with them? :) Either way, Ozy never ceases to be his most adorable here. If the dress is meant to be pink, mental colour-wise, it would be an amusing clash to Felicia's all-black.

Felicia may know it's him, but if so, then she must be more curious about his reasons than she appears. I don't think she looked and thought, "Eh, he's just being a freak, as always."

We ought to learn that cat's name, even if her only function is to keep Felicia from being solitary all the time. Any guesses as to what her shirt says?

You know, if Ozy means to act like himself aside from the clothes, then doesn't it defeat his purpose even to be present at the mall? Okay, maybe he'll buy a birthday present for someone (what does one buy for Llewellyn?), and maybe he was genuinely curious about the merchandise at Goth Topic, but it still seems unlikely.
