My policy with roms is quite simple.<br><br>"It's only illegal if you get caught"<br><br>I have a good amount though. I spent like all of October constantly playing a Sonic 3 and Knuckles rom, and I beat the game every way possible, sonic, tails, sonic and tails, knuckles, both with all the (super) emeralds and without.

Trust me it certainly doesn't apply to everything. Roms and mp3s are pretty much all I apply it to.
