Ingorance is bliss but only if you're smart enought to know what you're ingorant about and thus not ingorent. It's a paradox.

The thing is nobody considers themselvs ingorant but we all are. Every last one of us. Yet we all think that we're experts on everything.

Stealing from one source is plagarism. Stealing from multiple sources is research. (don't know who said that)
Some author said that a streetlamp was more magical than a wisard waving a wand and creating light.
Because the wand just has to have the right notions and state of mind from years of practice and there you are, light.
But with the streetlight, it's started from way back bazillions of years through all this evolution and creatures fighting and evolving more and than apes, then humans, then tools, and it kept on progressing on and on so that they could create and sustain, this one streetlight.

We certanlty do more then that.

Also the anology is flawed. The same evolutionary porsess happened to make the wizard and then it would also take years of advancement into wizardry. It's all the same!

That it was flawed was my first thought at that too, norsenerd. Though admittely it is pretty amazing what we have as a civilisation, aside from all our failings.

The man whom relies upon large words to make his point has no point worth understanding.
