Like me! Just added.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

I've just added myself . As you can see I live in a rural area. Franklin has a downtown... But its a common place joke that we don't. You're lucky to find five people walking Mainstreet. We have about 5000 people living there. We have are very own ghetto too , which happens to be "downtown" on Mainstreet. Theres a library, a laundromat, and the Corner Deli (which the original family who ran it doesn't run it anymore). You see Franklin was one of the biggest places for zinc mining, the changing houses for the mines are intact and actually safe, but theres graffiti all over it and its basically a dump, its right behind the Franklin Museum. But the area was also a big iron mining area during the Revolution. Franklin useds to be a big mining down, now its basically dead, live in an actual house though in one of the nicer neighborhoods. A mile out of the town your driving on backroads, if you go up my street horse farms, and if you go far engouh down one road you end up on a very minor road in the middle of the woods. We are also the Flourescent Mineral Capital of the World. Meaning we have the most flourescent minerals . For those of you who don't know if you put something like calcite under a black light (a special kind of flourescent light, a good one can be up to $100) it will glow if your in a dark enough place. We also have a mineral that is found no where else Franklenite, it glows bright green when you put it under a black light and its original color is black. We also have "the rock dump" which is lots of minerals in an area, some pieces of rock are pretty big. People from all over the country come to Franklin to collect rocks, I saw some minerals from Franklin in the Museum of Natural History in the city. Now when you go to the Route 23 side of things you have a Shopright, a Blockbuster, a Weis Market, a Walmart, and "coming soon" a Staples. Its sad to see a town in such a state . I wrote to much...

Hm... Most of the members who have joined the map live in the north east-ish part of the US.

Yar, I finally added myself. I appear to be alone in the Pacific Northwest. Perhaps Mr. Simpson will add himself.
