He probably only expects this from Millie and accidents, not the feds.He may be used to being shaven but he still looks shocked and/or dismayed.

I tend to know where a story is going at least weeks in advance, yeah.Simpson, if I'm not mistaken, generally knows where he's taking the strips before he starts drawing the arc. On top of that, I don't think Simpson really listens to suggestions, or let them influence his story arcs. I think I remember something along those lines being said either here or someplace else.
Any time someone successfully predicts where I'm going with something, I kind of go "uh oh, maybe that's too predictable!" But then, I remind myself that my audience is now of sufficient size that a lot of the time, some perceptive person is going to guess right. Any time you do, pat yourself on the back for being on my wavelength. Or, worry, for exactly the same reason.
I'm not usualy one to poke at plot holes, and being this is my second post it may be a bad idea, but...
Wasn't the curse deflected unto Millie in 2005? I can think of a few ways out of said plot hole:
1)Llewellyn was lying.
2)It was only a temprary deflection.
3)A wizard did it.

So was I.I was thinking 2.

I don't think that's a plot hole--I mean, no one ever said whether the deflection was permanent, or temporary. It was a bigger plot hole when I forgot that Millie had been excused from dodgeball for life, but even that was perfectly explainable, I think, by just saying the principal is a liar.

Maybe when Llewellyn's remedy to make Millie's fur grow back faster was applied, it sent the curse back to Ozy, and Millie is no longer under it.
This is just a guess, keep in mind, and there's probably several more weeks of strips left in the storyline. Not that i want Millie to be under the curse again, it doesn't really matter. Without their fur, Ozy and Millie look the same.
